Discover the ecological, cultural and community significance of the Fivebough and Tuckerbil Ramsar wetlands through a photographic exhibition celebrating two remarkable wetlands at the heart of our local landscape.
Wetlands in Focus highlights the important role of environmental and cultural water in the Murrumbidgee system, and the connections between water, Country, wildlife, and community at Fivebough and Tuckerbil Wetlands.
The Commonwealth Environmental Water Holder is working with Leeton Shire Council, New South Wales Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (NSW DCCEEW), Murray Darling Wetlands Working Group and the Leeton and District Local Aboriginal Lands Council to deliver this photographic exhibition as a window into the ecology, history and sheer beauty of these Ramsar wetlands.
Come and see these internationally recognised wetlands through a different lens, and discover more about the places, people and water that help sustain them.
